What do clients see about me?
Only your email address in their Data Sharing list, so they know exactly who has access. Nothing from your own account or personal practice is ever visible to them.
Can I use Yudemon for my own practice too?
Yes – Coach includes everything in Yudemon Pro for your own account, so your personal HRV training is covered by the same subscription.
What do my clients need?
The free Yudemon HRV app (iOS/Android) with a Bluetooth heart-rate sensor such as a Polar H10, and a free account on this dashboard.
