ApexFlow requires a heart rate sensor that supports RR interval data via Bluetooth (e.g., Polar H10).

Get Started

Create your Yudemon account

ApexFlow uses the same account as the Yudemon mobile app. If you already have an account, just sign in.

Download the ApexFlow desktop app

The desktop app connects to your heart rate sensor and captures data during your racing session.

Since the app isn't code-signed yet, Windows may show security warnings. Click 'More info' → 'Run anyway' to install. More details on the download page.

Install and sign in

Run the installer and sign in with your Yudemon account credentials.

Connect your heart rate sensor

Turn on your HR sensor and use the app's Bluetooth scanner to connect. The app will show your live heart rate once connected.

Record your session

Click 'Start Recording' before you begin racing. The app captures RR intervals throughout your session. Click 'Stop Recording' when you're done.

Upload your data

After your session, the app automatically detects your iRacing telemetry files. Review the files and click 'Upload' to send everything to ApexFlow.

Explore your session

Processing can take anyweher from a few seconds to several minutes. Once complete, your session appears in your dashboard with physiology data synchronized to your racing telemetry.

ApexFlow helps you see patterns you couldn't see before. It's a tool for exploration and self-discovery, not a coaching system (yet).

Other Telemetry Sources
